• Our food is fresh and cooked to order, where possible, in visually accessible kitchens.
• Our staff are, friendly and enthusiastic and we pride ourselves in providing comprehensive training and personal development courses for all members of our team.
• Our pub managers are highly incentivised through a bonus scheme which is paid monthly in arrears on them achieving mutually agreed budgets. Each of our managers is further incentivised through holding share options in the Company under the Inland Revenue-approved Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme
